Rescreening
Torn, sagging, or sun-rotted screens rebuilt on site, usually during the same visit we clean your windows.
Every visit, no upsell.
- New mesh installed in your existing frames
- Fresh spline so the mesh sits tight, not wavy
- Standard fiberglass, or pet-resistant mesh on request
- Bent frames straightened where we can
- Old mesh and spline hauled away
How we do it.
Assess each screen
We separate what can be rescreened from what needs a whole new frame, and tell you which is which before any work starts.
Strip the old mesh
Frames come out, old mesh and brittle spline are pulled, and the channel gets cleaned so the new spline seats properly.
Install new mesh
Mesh is rolled in square and tensioned by hand. That is the difference between a screen that looks factory and one that ripples.
Trim, fit, reinstall
Excess trimmed flush, frame test-fit in its opening, and every screen goes back in the window it came out of.
Check the slide
Sliding screens get checked for travel and clearance so they actually open and close when you need them to.
Pet-resistant mesh costs more per screen but holds up to claws and screen-door traffic far better than standard fiberglass.
