How we do it.
Walk the property with you
We walk the property together and flag any hard-water staining, French pane windows, and anything else that needs a different approach, before we touch the glass.
Protect the work area
Drop cloths inside, booties on, plants and furniture moved back. Screens come out and get labeled so every one goes back where it came from.
Wash interior glass by hand
Soft cloths and a squeegee on every interior pane, then a dry detail pass on edges and corners where residue likes to hide.
Wash the exterior glass
Depending on the buildup and where the window sits, we wash exterior glass by hand or with deionized water. A pure-water rinse carries no minerals, so it dries on its own with nothing left behind.
Final walk-through
We walk it with you in the light. Anything you point at, we fix on the spot before we load the truck.
Ask about a recurring cleaning agreement: scheduled visits keep the views always clear and come at a discounted rate.
