How we do it.
Site visit and count
We measure the frontage, count the glass, and look at access: ladders, poles, or a water-fed pole for upper panes.
Set the schedule
We pick a frequency and a time window that keeps us out of your customers’ way. Most storefronts get cleaned before opening.
Written route agreement
Scope, frequency, price per visit, and what happens if we miss a day, all in writing before the first cleaning.
Recurring visits
Same crew each time, so they learn the property. You get a text when we are on site and a note when we leave.
Quarterly check-in
We review the route with you a few times a year and adjust frequency or scope as the season changes.
